Lofts 2 and 3 were completed seven years after Loft 1, but maintained the material and formal parameters defined by the first project. Given the newer roof structure on this segment of the building and the long, thin plans of the spaces, their design responded to these new conditions but were essentially a variation on the language established by the first loft.
